Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Senior SCCM Contractor to support and enhance our Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SCCM infrastructure, imaging, software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment (OSD), endpoint security, and administration. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient software distribution, system updates, security compliance, and endpoint management across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support enterprise-wide IT operations.\nManage and optimize SCCM for application deployment, software updates, OS deployment, and imaging.\nDevelop, test, and deploy SCCM task sequences, scripts, and group policies for endpoint management and security.\nAdminister endpoint security policies, including antivirus, threat detection, and compliance enforcement.\nImplement and maintain endpoint protection strategies to safeguard enterprise IT assets.\nTroubleshoot SCCM-related issues, including failed deployments, imaging failures, reporting discrepancies, and performance concerns.\nEnsure security compliance through patch management and vulnerability remediation using SCCM.\nMonitor SCCM health and performance, generating reports and analytics as needed.\nWork closely with IT security and operations teams to improve endpoint management strategies.\nDocument processes, configurations, and best practices to support IT teams and end-users.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior SCCM administrators and IT staff.\nRequired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing SCCM in an enterprise environment.\nStrong knowledge of SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and management points.\nProficiency in creating and maintaining task sequences for OS deployment and imaging (Windows 10/11).\nExperience with application packaging and deployment via SCCM.\nSolid understanding of patch management, compliance reporting, and endpoint security administration.\nExpertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, and endpoint security tools.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:
