Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in the success of our trades company. They handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, provide clear communication between customers and technicians, and ensure every client receives professional and timely support. With strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service, they help create a positive experience from the initial inquiry through job completion.
This position requires availability for a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
