Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and architects to review project specifications. Analyze blueprints, proposals, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Identify cost-effective solutions and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Develop and maintain a database of cost information for future projects. Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with the budget and schedule. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project costs. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards. A successful Construction Estimator should have: Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation techniques. Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
