Key Responsibilities
-Own complex calendar management, prioritization, and scheduling -Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items -Manage detailed travel arrangements and logistics -Draft executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations -Serve as a primary liaison between leadership, staff, vendors, and external partners -Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization -Handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment -Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and cross-functional coordination -Assist with light HR, accounting, and operational support as needed
What We’re Looking For
-3+ years of executive-level administrative support experience -Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership in a fast-paced setting -Strong organizational and prioritization skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Bilingual in English and Spanish required
