This role is responsible for overseeing all campus functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving enrollment and retention outcomes, and fostering a high-performance, student-centered culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive leadership across academics, operations, enrollment, finance, and student services Develop and execute campus-level strategic plans aligned with institutional goals Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and licensing requirements Lead, mentor, and hold accountable senior campus leadership and department heads Drive student success metrics, retention, and graduation outcomes Manage campus budget, financial performance, and resource allocation Build strong relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and regulators Serve as the face of the campus internally and externally Qualifications Required: Prior experience as a Campus President or equivalent profession (non-negotiable) Proven executive leadership within higher education or postsecondary institutions Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities Experience managing multi-department teams and complex campus operations Demonstrated ability to drive enrollment, compliance, and student outcomes Exceptional communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills Interested in hearing more?
