Job Description:
Pay Range: $85hr - $90hr
The D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect is responsible for end-to-end solution definition, design, and governance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations within healthcare provider, payer, and life sciences environments. This role combines architectural leadership, domain consulting, and delivery oversight to ensure compliant, scalable, and high-quality solutions for multi-entity and multi-country healthcare organizations. Experience:
13-15 years of overall IT or ERP experience. 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O/F&SCM. 5+ years of experience working with healthcare or life sciences clients. 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect on large, multi-entity or multi-country D365 F&O programs. Experience leading end-to-end implementations covering finance, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and project accounting. Experience designing and governing integrations with EMR/EHR, Candidate's, LIS, pharmacy, or insurance systems. Consulting or partner background with strong executive stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities:
Own the overall D365 F&O/F&SCM solution architecture for healthcare clients including hospitals, clinic networks, diagnostics, pharmacies, payers, and life sciences organizations. Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable solution designs covering finance, supply chain, procurement, projects, shared services, integrations, data, and security. Lead Client and fit-gap workshops with clinical, operations, finance, and IT stakeholders. Define environment, deployment, and application lifecycle management strategy for multi-region programs. Design and govern integrations between D365 F&O and healthcare systems using data management frameworks, APIs, and Azure services. Drive data architecture and migration strategy including chart of accounts harmonization, master data management, vendor and contract data, and financial data controls. Define and govern security, role-based access, and segregation of duties aligned with healthcare compliance requirements. Provide design governance for customizations and extensions, promoting standard capabilities and best practices. ct as solution authority throughout the delivery lifecycle, managing design risks, change requests, and cross-workstream dependencies. Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimation, and industry-focused demonstrations. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping finance transformation and operational roadmaps. Mentor functional and technical teams and promote reusable templates and best practices. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O/F&SCM architecture. Deep understanding of healthcare finance and supply chain processes. Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements in healthcare environments.
