Role Overview
The Client Consultant Specialist is a revenue driving role focused on consultation quality, client experience, retention, and relationship building. This position is not administrative. It is a consultative sales role that requires strong closing ability, follow up discipline, and a deep understanding of how to guide clients into the right long term treatment plan.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand treatment options, memberships, injectables, and wellness programs while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in person and virtual consultations focused on solution based selling Build strong client relationships that drive loyalty, referrals, and retention Present memberships, treatment plans, and packages with clarity and confidence Maintain consistent follow up with prospects and existing clients Track leads, conversions, and retention activity in company systems Collaborate with clinical and management teams to maximize client outcomes Participate in events, promotions, and outreach initiatives that drive growth Position Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Strong background in direct sales with measurable performance results Proven ability to build trust quickly and guide clients toward long term plans Excellent follow up habits and relationship management skills Comfortable handling objections and closing higher value packages Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness environment strongly preferred Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills Required Experience
Minimum two years in a target driven sales environment Minimum two years in customer facing service or consultative sales Preferred Experience
Med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness industry exposure Experience selling memberships, packages, or recurring programs Licenses
