7+ years of experience in Avaya Aura. Creates and executes specific deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business-sponsored IT project. Key contributor to overall project success. Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete. Expert in one or more business systems related to Healthcare or Payer. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Hands-on experience with Service Cloud. Expert in LWC development, AURA, and Agentforce. Additional Notes:
