The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for protecting and continuously improving the security posture of enterprise systems across
Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and traditional on-premises data center environments . This role partners closely with LAN Administrators, Network Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to monitor, assess, and defend all networked systems against evolving threats.
The Cybersecurity Analyst applies deep expertise in network and security engineering and information assurance (IA) to proactively identify vulnerabilities, validate controls, and implement mitigations that align with regulatory and contractual requirements, including
NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC 2.0 . This position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization maintains
continuous compliance and year-round audit readiness , rather than operating in a reactive, audit-driven model.
In addition, the Cybersecurity Analyst remains current on emerging threats, attack techniques, and security technologies, maintaining hands-on technical knowledge of the organization's cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and security tooling. The role provides subject-matter expertise on appropriate safeguards, monitoring, and response strategies across hybrid environments and supports ongoing security architecture and control improvements.
Experience needed:
A minimum of two years' experience in a LAN Administration or Network Engineering position. Education:
A 4 year college degree plus 2 years' experience in a network or security-related position OR
an Associate's degree plus 3 years' experience in a security-related position OR
4 years' experience in a security-related position OR
current industry certification plus 2 years of experience in a network or security-related position Required Licensure, Certification:
Security + or CISSP strongly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 30.08/hour - Maximum 52.65/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
