Job Description
Position Summary :
The Loan Processor shall process loans in accordance with industry standards and assist Loan Officer(s) as needed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Gather information and process applications from initiation to closing. Run AUS and document the loans accordingly. Submit loan file for underwriting approval. Submit clear-to-close file to the closing department. Meet crucial deadlines as required. Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management, or Loan Officer(s). Other related duties as requested by management. Experience and Skills Education & Experience:
2 years' experience mortgage processing Skills & Abilities:
Handling multiple tasks and frequent interruptions. Providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone. Handling stressful situations with calmness and courtesy. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Other Requirements:
Participate in one company Grand Opening per year when applicable. Physical Demands

GLFinancial Services is hybrid work environment with 4 days in the corporate office and 1 day remote. If desired, 5 days in the office is acceptable.
