The successful candidate will be responsible for departmental leadership in areas such as building maintenance, Biomed, and hazardous waste, with a strong focus on infrastructure, turnaround times, vendor management, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role requires a highly organized and communicative leader who can create a positive work environment while ensuring accountability. Extensive experience in facilities management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, materials management, and safety management, is essential.
