
Corporate Audit Manager (ESG)

Job Description
Manage and participate in the preparation of a comprehensive risk‑based, short‑ and long‑term audit program of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting, including planning, execution, documentation, and communication of all audit activities. Provide value to key stakeholders and to the Board by providing assurance and/or advisory services.
Position Corporate Audit Manager (ESG)
Responsibilities
Interact with ESG stakeholders to identify key risks and opportunities for each type of ESG reporting element and assess process efficiency and controls.
Work with ESG stakeholders on strategy consultation, implementation and data collection to continue to improve and accelerate toward ESG milestones.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader staying abreast of ESG trends, opportunities and relevant rankings and ratings.
Develop and execute specific operational and process audits focused on ESG elements.
Establish and ensure communication of audit objectives developed in the planning process; monitor audit progress to ensure completion within allotted timeframes and coordinate audit status update meetings.
Manage all internal reporting for the department, generating and supporting the development of standard and ad‑hoc management reports.
Review working papers to ensure the work performed supports conclusions drawn.
Develop and maintain a working relationship with various members of business leadership.
Coordinate with external auditors (as applicable).
Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receive guidance from senior manager.
Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
Accountable for results of a small team.
Exercise management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions.
Enforce team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline.
Collaborate with key individuals and teams throughout the company.
Qualifications
Internal Audit Experience – 4 or more years (Preferred).
Financial Reporting Experience, including experience with a reputable public accounting firm (Highly Preferred).
ESG Experience – Good understanding of current and emerging sustainability‑related regulatory requirements, and 4 or more years of experience, including:
Environmental – Exposure to Environmental Impacts, climate change risk management.
Social – Human Rights due diligence, Community Relations, Access & Affordability; Customer Welfare, Fair Messaging, Privacy & Data Security; Exposure to Social Impacts.
Governance – Management Strategy, Governance Structure, Group Structure and Financial Transparency.
Analytical Skills – Strong analytical skills, including the ability to handle large datasets.
Relationship Builder – Exceptional relationship building skills among internal and external stakeholders.
Executive Presence – Strong executive presence with good communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable leading workshops and meetings with executive leaders.
Project Management – Detail‑oriented and able to provide structure needed to coordinate multiple, concurrent initiatives with diverse businesses and stakeholders.
Work Arrangement Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday – work from home.

Compensation Annual hiring range: $102,900.00 – $157,300.00.
Actual compensation offer may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer.
