Associate Asset Manager, Loss Mitigation

PRP Advisors is growing, and we are seeking a talented Associate Asset Manager Servicer Oversight to join our Winston Salem Operating team. In this role, you will compliment a collaborative and dedicated group of professionals in a company that prizes excellence in all we do. This role is onsite.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned loan portfolio, system of record and direct follow up items with internal and external parties to locate data discrepancies, errors, actionable items, or servicing trends and direct handling as necessary to mitigate risk and maximize return.

Manage daily dashboard reports to confirm loans are moving through processes, identify when there is an issue that needs further handling, provide direction accordingly and manage the process through the identified risk.

Manage and decision servicer requests for maximum return and minimum risk.Including:

Foreclosure Demand and Foreclosure referral

Tax Liens

HOA and Municipal lien

Legal fee

Loss Mitigation review and decisioning, including Modification, Repayment Plans, Short Sale and Deed-in-Lieu options

Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts of process development and other key areas of focus.

Assisting in special projects with individual responsibility as part of a team effort.

Excel, LPS, Tempo, and FiServ experience is helpful but not necessary

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Collections and Loan Servicing

Working knowledge of servicing systems, such as FiServ and Tempo is a plus, but not required

Problem solving with a sense of recognizing opportunities, understanding risks and acting quickly to overcome obstacles and reach a solution

Detailed oriented and consistently maintain a high level of quality and accuracy

Multitasker in a constantly changing, fast paced environment; Effective communicator with multiple servicers and internal business units; Ability to organize, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency with little to no oversight

Strong team player with a high level of professionalism
