Funds Transfer Product Processing Specialist

The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for processing various currency payment instructions, both manual (fax) and automated (SWIFT, BBH Worldview), ensuring adherence to firm policies and deadlines. Responsibilities : The specialist must work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Knowledge of USD and Foreign Currency Payment Processing, Keystone, and Rightfax is a plus Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required Work schedule is hybrid with 1-3 days in the office, and the position is a 6-month contract with potential for temp-to-perm. BBH provides a laptop, but the consultant needs to supply an external monitor, with optional mouse and keyboard. Pay Rate : $24.00/hour
