Responsibilities
Process A/R, A/P, and client expense reimbursements
Assist with collections efforts and payment reconciliation
Generate and distribute accounting and ad hoc financial reports
Ensure all expense documentation is complete and submitted
Research and resolve attorney billing and collections inquiries
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to facilitate accounting workflows
Support general accounting department functions as needed
Requirements
3-5 years of accounting experience
ProLaw experience (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be self‑directed and comfortable working 100% remotely
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow‑through
Ability to handle time‑sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
