Odoo Support Specialist – Full-time – AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Odoo Support Specialist to support our growing multi-company setup. If you love solving problems, keeping data clean, and helping teams use Odoo the right way, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Tier 1 Odoo Support

Be the first point of contact for staff questions

Troubleshoot functional issues across Accounting, Sales, Purchase & Inventory

Escalate technical bugs to our AU Tier 2/3 partner

Accounting Support

Bank reconciliations across multiple companies

Review clearing accounts & categorize journal entries

Assist with month-end close

Data Cleanup & System Management

Merge duplicate contacts/products

Fix data integrity issues

Manage safe Import/Export updates

SOPs & Training

Create clear "How-to" guides

Build and maintain SOP libraries

Run basic user training sessions

Skills Required

Strong Odoo functional experience (v18 preferred)

Solid understanding of Accounting, Sales, Purchase & Inventory modules

Strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping

Confident in explaining how transactions affect the Balance Sheet & P&L

Skilled with Odoo Import/Export tools

Fluent English (written + verbal) — essential for documentation & training

Detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-first with data

Why This Role Matters You’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day Odoo operations — keeping data clean, supporting users, and ensuring our multi-company environment runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our finance team and coordinate with our AU technical partner for escalations.
