Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant, located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, administering leases, and building positive resident relationships. Daily tasks include lease management, responding to inquiries, ensuring resident retention, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with tenants and team members to support the property's success.
Qualifications 2 years
Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet leasing goals
Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with property management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
