Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Admissions Representative. The position is campus based and not remote, operating Monday‑Friday with a flexible schedule of 3 days 8:00‑4:30 and 2 evenings 11:30‑8:00.
ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME - MONDAY-FRIDAY Do you have sales experience, an understanding of product knowledge, phone skills, strong computer abilities, and a passion for education?

Qualifications Requirements
Ability to drive activity from your office every day
Must understand that the calls you make help push other activities for your teammates and allow us to continue to offer the best choices for student success
Ability to show great communication skills over the phone and use energy and motivation in an engaging way.
Ability to work assigned schedule – including 2 evenings.
This job is performed at the campus – it is not remote.
Technology experience with Microsoft Office products, Google Docs and scanning is helpful
Ability and desire to make extensive outbound phone calls, using phone outlines to set appointments
Our successful admissions team members have varied backgrounds such as former admissions, recruiting, experience in adult education, outbound call center representatives, and retail sales.
High School diploma or GED, with consideration for some college, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Reference and background check required for employment
Bilingual a plus
Prior Nursing school or medical experience a plus

Sufficient ability to stand for extended periods of time, move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or facilitate student participation. Ability to achieve or maintain credential and/or licensure within expected time frames
Demonstrates professionalism in manner, dress and conduct as a representative of Ross and a student mentor
Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Adhere to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics
Perform related work as required
