ROLE 2 — BaaN Senior Analyst (Invoicing / Billing Updates) Role Description (Senior Level)

Lead invoicing/billing support for BaaN, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.

Own recurring billing‑related incidents (Invoice to BP updates, tax/sequence issues, downstream financial failures).

Drive preventive fixes.

Act as primary SME for billing flows across business, finance, and IT teams.

Implement improvements in invoice validation, billing setup, and integration touchpoints.

Skills Required Functional Expertise

Strong knowledge of Invoicing & Billing lifecycle

Accounts Receivable posting logic

Billing master data dependencies

Financial reconciliation skills

Technical Expertise

SQL/data correction expertise for invoice failures

Understanding of EDI impacting billing

Ability to identify and resolve invoice batch failures quickly

Experience Level (Senior)

6-10+ years BaaN billing/invoicing expertise

Prior ownership of high‑volume invoice failure queues

Strong background in billing process optimization
