Commercial Fleet Account Manager
Location: Olathe Fleet Solutions, Olathe, KS
Pay Range: $60,000 base salary+ commission
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm FT
Olathe Fleet Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for a driven, relationship focused professional to help manage and grow our commercial fleet accounts. This is not a transactional car sales role. This is consultative, relationship driven account management inside a growing commercial division. Responsibilities:
Own client on boarding and implementation of fleet services
Proactively manage and grow assigned fleet accounts
Identify penetration opportunities and revenue expansion
Partner with Sales and Operations team to support demos and follow‑ups
Oversee vehicle life cycle (acquisition, replacement, decommissioning)
Advise clients on financing, TRAC leases, and fleet solutions
Deliver reporting insights on utilization, cost per-mile, fuel efficiency, and compliance
Maintain CRM accuracy and account documentation
Drive retention and long‑term client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proficiency working with Salesforce, including leads, accounts, opportunities, and other web based products
Familiarity with Fleetio and other web-based software products is a plus
Highly responsive to client needs, delivering fast, consistent and effective support
Strong process discipline, with the ability to manage CRM workflows, cadences, and data accuracy
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal pod partners, vendors, and clients
Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot priorities based on client, vendor, and team needs
Proven ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day and week to consistently meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer first mindset
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basis for action with a service‑oriented approach
