Are you a proven clinical recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support high‑priority hiring needs across our clinical operations over the next 4 months. In this role, you’ll source top-tier clinical talent and help drive recruitment efforts for hard‑to‑fill roles.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting for roles such as RNs, imaging professionals, respiratory therapists, and other roles as needed. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Build candidate pipelines What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience focused in healthcare/clinical roles. Expertise sourcing licensed clinical talent and navigating credentialing or licensure requirements. Strong communication, consultative skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches at once. Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle preferred). A proactive, solutions‑driven approach and comfort working independently in a contract environment.
