Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Engineer role located in Millersville, MD. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to customers, assisting with equipment selection, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting product presentations, responding to technical inquiries, preparing proposals, and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Service
Strong Technical Support capabilities and an ability to provide expert guidance on boiler and heating systems
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information effectively to a diverse audience
Knowledge of boiler systems, their components, and related technologies is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with commercial/industrial systems and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
