Global Go is seeking an experienced field leader to take ownership of federal construction projects in the Atlanta, GA area , including work on federal facilities and military installations. This role is for someone who can command the site, manage subcontractors, work directly with federal inspectors, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule—without hand-holding. You’ll be trusted to run the field, solve problems in real time, and represent the company in front of government clients.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Full responsibility for day-to-day field operations on federal construction projects
Leading crews and subcontractors with clear direction and accountability
Coordinating directly with federal inspectors, contracting officers, engineers, and project managers
Ensure jobsite safety requirements are implemented and enforced as part of daily field operations, in accordance with applicable regulations, contract requirements, and site-specific safety plans.
Maintaining schedule, quality control, and compliance with contract documents
Identifying field issues early and driving solutions—not excuses
Producing accurate daily reports and documentation required on federal jobs
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role
Proven federal construction experience (GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or military base projects strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of federal standards, inspections, and documentation
OSHA 30 required
Comfortable leading in regulated, fast-paced environments
Professional, decisive, and respected on the job site
