Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Design Consultant based in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Design Consultant will assist clients in creating customized furniture solutions that reflect their personal style and meet their needs. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on interior design and furniture, assisting with sales inquiries, and collaborating with clients to ensure a seamless and satisfying buying experience. The consultant will also stay updated on furniture and design trends while contributing ideas to maintain the brand's commitment to quality and innovation.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales to deliver an exceptional client experience
Background in Interior Design and Furniture selection to assist clients in customizing their living spaces
Knowledge of furnishings and materials to provide informed recommendations and solutions
Passion for sustainability and high‑quality design
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, dynamic showroom setting
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Sales, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in luxury furniture sales or interior design is a plus
