Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and distribution of promotional materials at local events
Collaborate with Account and Campaign Managers to strategize marketing efforts
Serve as a brand representative, engaging with customers to promote our clients
Train and support junior promotional staff on assigned campaigns
Execute event promotions and strategies aligned with company objectives
Drive sales and customer engagement through in‑store and field marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Must be located in or near the Nashville area with reliable daily transportation
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Full‑time availability (limited seasonal positions may be considered)
Professional appearance with a fun, outgoing personality
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
