We are seeking an experienced, emotionally intelligent
Leasing Professional
who understands the unique dynamics of 55+ active adult living. This is not traditional multifamily leasing — it requires patience, empathy, strong listening skills, and the ability to connect meaningfully with prospective residents who are making an important life transition.
If you have experience in 55+, senior living, or active adult communities and know how to build trust, communicate thoughtfully, and create a high-touch leasing experience, we’d love to meet you.
What We’re Looking For (Experience Required)
Previous experience in 55+ active adult or senior living leasing is strongly preferred
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with mature prospects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional presence
Experience conducting personalized tours and guiding residents through lifestyle-focused conversations
Proven ability to drive leasing performance in a relationship-based sales environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing follow-ups and CRM systems
Team-oriented and aligned with a hospitality-driven culture
What You’ll Be Doing
Guide prospective residents through the full leasing process with empathy and professionalism
Conduct thoughtful, personalized tours that highlight the
Thrive55 lifestyle experience
Build relationships with prospects and follow up consistently to drive conversions
Support outreach events, open houses, and lifestyle programming
Maintain accurate leasing and prospect records in the CRM
Collaborate closely with the Lifestyle and Property Management teams
Support renewal conversations and resident retention initiatives
Represent RISE Glen Kernan Park with warmth, integrity, and service excellence
Compensation:
Starting at
$20 per hour , based on experience
Performance Incentives:
Bonus opportunities tied to leasing goals
