Responsibilities
Create, update, establish and utilize graded specs/blocks based on fabrication for all sample development and confirmed orders;
Review and evaluate proto/fit samples, pre‑production samples, testing samples and TOP samples on all orders.
Conduct fittings with design, sales and Production to determine final fit and workmanship per silhouette
Communicate with factories fit and construction comments and ensuring that they fully understand and follow all needed corrections.
Review and correct patterns and artwork placements provided by factories.
Maintain and create a library for block body, fit and construction standard per customer.
Experience with knits, wovens and sweater experience
Kids, men's and juniors licensed apparel experience is a plus
