## Job Description# Strategy and Execution - Business Execution Consultant 5 - Contingent**Location:** *Zone 2*1. **7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience**, or equivalent via work, consulting, military, or education.2. Expertise in **brand strategy**: business needs discovery, customer value propositions, positioning, messaging architecture, and product/service name development.3. Strong consultative background with the ability to advise **senior leadership** on complex, multi-dimensional initiatives.4. Proven ability to design solutions for **highly complex, long-term, large-scale business challenges**.5. Ability to communicate clearly and strategically across multiple business functions.1. Experience working in **regulated or large enterprise environments**.2. Background partnering with senior executives on brand, marketing, or strategic communications programs.3. Expertise in **strategic communications** and **strategic thinking** (as indicated in the skills matrix).4.
