This role provides vision, leadership, and oversight for the school’s daily operations while ensuring alignment with the mission and values of the Church. The Director is responsible for fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that promotes academic excellence, spiritual formation, student safety, and organizational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and model Christ-like character in all interactions.

Ensure biblical worldview integration across curriculum and school culture.

Lead chapel services and spiritual formation initiatives.

Provide spiritual guidance and support to students, staff, and families.

Maintain alignment with the church’s Statement of Faith.

Academic Leadership

Oversee curriculum selection and academic standards.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.

Evaluate instructional effectiveness and student outcomes.

Implement academic improvement strategies when necessary.

Operational Oversight

Oversee daily school operations and administrative procedures.

Ensure compliance with Step Up for Students scholarship guidelines.

Maintain accurate student records and reporting systems.

Oversee safety protocols and emergency preparedness procedures.

Coordinate facility usage in partnership with church leadership.

Professional Qualifications

Experience in educational leadership.

Knowledge of Florida educational regulations and scholarship programs.

Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to lead both spiritually and operationally.
