$175,000 – $210,000 (based on qualifications)
Position Summary This position is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing regional sales team to achieve revenue growth and strategic business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager oversees recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and tools. This role drives pipeline management and forecasting accuracy through Salesforce and other sales platforms, maintains visibility into major opportunities, and partners with senior leadership on regional performance. The position also builds and executes market segmentation strategies, develops actionable plans to meet targets, and strengthens key customer relationships through regular engagement and account reviews. Significant travel is required to support customer interactions and regional business needs.

Main Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Hire new recruits who meet the specific requirements for the job and the business
Appraise at least once a year, decide objectives, and create and manage development plans
Train on products, applications, sales methods, sales tools, and administrative tools and processes
Ensure the training programs are understood and implemented
Provide input on commission plans, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations
Oversee sales team use of key efficiency tools including Salesforce.com, ShowPad, Sales Navigator
Ensure pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.com
Provide regular reviews of the regional sales pipeline with the Vice President - Sales
Formulate an accurate forecast using SF.com
Know the status of all major opportunities
Ensure that all the necessary steps to secure the orders are taken by the sales team
Visit customers and prospects with major projects
Conduct regular Account Reviews with key customers
Typical travel expectation of approximately 40 %.
Ensure regional alignment with the Market Segmentation Sales Strategy consistent with business goals
Measure and analyze the results of the agreed sales strategy
Quantify the market by segments in line with business strategy
Highlight the actions to be performed to achieve the agreed targets
Build action plans aligned with the Segmentation strategy with relevant departments
Implement the actions with the required results
Ensure quick and concise communications
Ensure the relevant departments receive all the useful infrastructure from the C&M team
Participate in C&M meetings
Responsible for the adoption of new C&M products into the sales team
Work with marketing on Account Based Marketing efforts including lead generation, special promotions, communications programs, product launches, market assessment, etc.
Work with project management to ensure successful development and implementation of large / strategic projects with key customers and sectors.
Work with the National and Global Account teams and expand sales through named national / global accounts
Report on National / Global Account activity
Visit National / Global Accounts and OEMs to understand their future business objectives and goals
Collaborate with the National Account team on opportunities, targets, and goals, and implement action plans to achieve goals
Supervisory Responsibilities Oversees the daily workflow of the department as a whole
What You Need Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
At least 3 years of relevant experience required
Valid Driver’s License required

Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties.
