IYOUR CHALLENGE:* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Communicate with internal and external customers through verbal and written methods to address product selection including representation of our product lines, request for quotes, engineering specifications, status of orders, technical questions, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.* Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and market research.* Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations, ensuring all materials reflect the value of products and services.* Perform various responsibilities relating to the quote system, including monitoring follow-up, verifying system integrity, and updating staff on system modifications. Participate in special projects and report writing related to software and BU results.* Research problems and solutions including but not limited to customer’s needs, factory issues, production and scheduling needs, and terms and conditions issues.WHAT YOU BRING:* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills* 2-5 years of experience in a similar role* Understand the needs and expectations of the customer and provides relevant solutions* Possess a good understanding of business and products* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software* Ability to analyze data* Strong self-motivation with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities*No unsolicited agency submittals please.
