Role Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional service to internal and external customers of Copart. Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, other locations, and residences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering calls in a professional manner.

Obtain vehicle releases from body shops and other locations.

Provide solutions that meet customer needs, using company resources for information gathering.

Assist with chat and email customer support as the position may expand.

Measure call quality (knowledge, professionalism, follow‑up timing).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Experience

One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.

High School diploma.

Excellent customer service skills and attitude.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Proficient with office equipment.

Attention to detail.

Problem‑solving.

Computer proficiency – MS Suite.

Typing speed 45WPM.

Professional appearance.

Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Bilingual skills a plus.

Occasional overtime as needed.

Pay $20.03 - $22.58 per hour
