Job Description
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION
Responsibilities:
Answering and transferring calls
Managing bill payment
Organize and maintain documents
Biweekly payroll and tracking employee commission maintaining
Assists in auditing clients’ files, tracking and organizing documents
Managing CRM, client follow-ups, organizing client information, and maintaining accurate data related to clients
Review loan applications for completeness
Income calculation
Provide loan officer with information regarding borrower’s files
Work with third parties to obtain items such as title and HOI documents
Maintain and manage the pipeline
Run credit, order appraisals, and preparing required worksheets (i.e., fee worksheet, LE, etc..)
Prepare and submit document requests
Work with loan officer, investors, and all other parties to clear conditions
Request funding confirmation on all borrower files
Perform and opening items audit on all borrower files
Communicate with borrowers about loan updates and items needed
Qualifications:
Strong Computer Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Strong time management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple calendars
Knowledge of Non-QM (preferred)
Knowledge of loan origination systems
Proficient computer skills (Adobe, Microsoft Suite, DropBox, DocMagic, Outlook)
Knowledge of Fannie Mae (DU) and Freddie Mac (LP)
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Promptly provide updates on files to loan officer
