StretchLab is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our StretchLab Studio.
Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, pilates, and more – and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has over 350+ locations open worldwide with vast growth.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales Manager is responsible for driving studio growth through membership sales, community partnerships, and marketing initiatives. This role is primarily sales-focused (approximately 80–90%) with leadership responsibilities supporting Sales Associates and collaborating with Lead Flexologists to ensure an exceptional client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Revenue & Growth
Lead all membership sales efforts and consistently achieve growth goals
Generate leads through grassroots marketing, community outreach, networking, and partnerships
Develop relationships with local businesses and attend Chamber and networking events
Execute marketing campaigns and studio promotions to increase visibility and lead flow
Conduct outreach via phone, text, email, and in-person prospecting
Manage all revenue streams including memberships and retail
Lead & Develop the Team
Train, coach, and hold Sales Associates accountable to sales goals
Collaborate with Lead Flexologists to ensure top-quality stretch experiences
Support a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and results
Uphold StretchLab policies and studio standards
Studio Operations & Client Experience
Maintain CRM (ClubReady) accuracy, reporting, and data tracking
Oversee retail inventory and vendor coordination
Collect outstanding dues and handle high-level customer service situations
Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and readiness
Maintain administrative systems and supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of sales experience (membership sales preferred)
Proven ability to generate sales and coach others to sell
Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
Organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software
Flexible schedule (including some evenings and weekends)

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITIES
Range $41,600 - $49,920 yearly base+ -- high performers can earn well above the top of the range
