Position Summary This position will have responsibility for B. Braun's Hospital Care Western Zone.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable sales growth through conversion, penetration, and retention strategies with target health systems.

Possess a deep understanding of products, pricing, and positioning for all competitors.

Meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators; manage account performance and redirect efforts as needed.

Negotiate with regional and local health systems at the highest levels in coordination with the Healthcare Systems Director.

Prepare RFP responses for IDN opportunities with Senior Leadership, Marketing, Legal, and Bids teams.

Create value and leverage current footprint to gain access to key decision makers.

Build trusted partnerships with VP and C‑suite to position B. Braun as a comprehensive resource.

Translate business strategies into clear objectives and tactics for communication and execution to sales leadership.

Develop realistic opportunity plans, considering strategic pricing, budget, and operating income/expenses.

Prepare and deliver annual business reviews to target health systems.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Management to design programs and pricing for Health Systems and support GPO.

Analyze and evaluate revenue and profitability solutions by business unit.

Prepare, present, and negotiate new/renewal presentations and agreements, including terms and conditions.

Create effective implementation plans to support new GPO contracts for field sales.

Work with National Accounts and Healthcare Systems teams on GPO and Enterprise shared objectives.

Keep informed of current market trends, competitive developments, and sales analysis.

Act as liaison between customer and Marketing, Customer Service, and Credit departments.

Attend regional, national, or global trade shows as necessary.

Secondary or Peripheral Job Functions

Build and nurture relationships with internal and external customers at executive levels through consultative methods.

Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

Knowledge of C‑level and VP Supply Chain within U.S. Health Systems.

Travel domestically by air and car; work occasional weekends; must possess a valid government‑issued driver’s license.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Computer skills in Windows, Excel, Power Point, and word processing; SAP experience highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA and prior supervisory experience highly desirable.

At least 5 years of Marketing/Sales experience.

Leadership/Management experience.

Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.

Frequent business travel required; valid driver’s license and passport.

Physical Demands

Salary $155,000 - $168,000 (Plus Incentive Compensation)
