Our client is currently seeking a SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Job Duties (Detailed Statement of Duties & Responsibilities) Lead and collaborate with a solution integrator to design, develop, and implement a Salesforce solution aligned with client requirements and Salesforce best practices. Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and PSS. Design and implement data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes. Develop and assist with data migration strategies and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Participate in client meetings and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the development of reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to enhance productivity and maintain code quality. Required Skills (Special Skill Set, Abilities & Knowledge)
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, SQL, and Oracle. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Working knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth). Knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. Familiarity with web development accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0/2.1 and ARIA). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and leadership skills, including mentoring capabilities. Qualifications (Education, Years of Experience, Certificates)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Application Architect Certification verification required at before submission.
