Job Description Key Responsibilities

Works under immediate supervision to plan, initiate, and implement ongoing marketing activities

Contributes to all marketing design materials for Onsite and Virtual Career Fairs, and Recruitment/Vendor Guides

Work closely with Director of Career Services and partners for creation of marketing plan, timeline and deliverables for Career Fairs and Recruitment Guides

Work under immediate supervision, learning to manage the marketing campaigns process.

Work under immediate supervision with the offshore marketing team for email campaigns

Begin learning to maintain the overall Career Events and Recruitment Guide marketing calendar

Learn to coordinate the production process for printed and digital Recruitment Guides

Support the creation of promotional pieces by preparing draft content, gathering required materials, and following established brand guidelines.

Organizes distribution of digital recruitment guides by coordinating scheduled releases and executing distribution steps across assigned channels.

Contribute to writing relevant topics for ymcareers.com blog

Begin contributing to revising and refining best practices for partner events.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Marketing related functions with a B2B software company or SaaS

Bachelors degree required; Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Developing problem solving skills

Developing organizational skills

Developing verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration

Ability to learn new technologies

Attention to detail.
