CoreMedical Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in turning marketing plans into real results.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to help execute marketing initiatives that support clinician engagement, brand visibility, and business growth. From campaigns and content to industry events and tradeshows, you’ll play a key role in moving marketing initiatives from concept to launch.

In this role, you’ll help execute initiatives such as:
Marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels
Content and messaging that supports both client and clinician engagement
Industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
Campaign tracking and performance reporting
Cross‑functional marketing projects that support company growth
Tools and Platforms We Use
Airtable or similar project management platforms
Canva
Bullhorn CRM
Bullhorn Automation
HubSpot
Adobe Creative Suite
ChatGPT or other AI‑powered marketing tools
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the staffing industry
Experience executing marketing campaigns and supporting marketing events or tradeshows
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation $50,000‑$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
