
Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator at PWI, you support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and customer experience. Your role focuses on coordinating day-to-day marketing projects, maintaining digital and promotional content, and ensuring campaigns move forward accurately and on schedule. By organizing details, supporting team initiatives, and maintaining consistency across platforms, you help deliver a cohesive and professional brand experience to current and future customers.
Responsibilities Project Coordination
Coordinate marketing projects to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track. Maintain and update website and e-commerce content Assist with advertising coordination, including print, direct mail, sponsorships, and promotions. Proof marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency. Manage marketing materials and support sales enablement initiatives. Coordinate social media scheduling and promotional outreach. Support customer review, referral, and feedback initiatives. Assist in maintaining consistent brand presentation across customer touchpoints.

Education or Experience
Experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or related field preferred. Experience in administrative coordination or project support preferred. Familiarity with WordPress and basic Adobe tools preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Bachelor’s in Marketing preferred but not required
Other Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite products. Comfortable working with digital marketing platforms and tools.
Physical Abilities
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. Frequently required to communicate with team members and vendors. May occasionally move or organize marketing materials as needed.
Cognitive and Communication Abilities
Able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal form. Able to apply sound judgment and follow established processes.
Location and Schedule
Willing to work on-site at PWI in Nappanee, Indiana Travel is little to none Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
