POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide organizational, logistical, and administrative support to the Marketing Pursuits and Marketing Communications teams, with a primary focus on supporting RFP and RFQ submissions, business development efforts, and event coordination. This role supports the day-to-day execution of marketing activities while offering hands‑on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITES Marketing Pursuits
Provide administrative support for RFP and RFQs, including document formatting, editing assistance, and organization of proposal materials.
Assist with research, data collection, and preparation of resumes, project sheets, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate printing, packaging, and delivery of proposal submissions as needed.
Support pursuit logistics, including meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, purchase orders, and outreach to consultants for required information.
Marketing Communications & Events
Assist with the coordination of conferences, client events, and special events, including travel arrangements, registrations, and logistics.
Support event leads and marketing communications staff with scheduling, materials preparation, and follow‑up activities.
General Marketing & Professional Development
Participate in special projects and gain exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines, which may include business development, event management, creative services, public relations, web management, and marketing strategy.
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or business development.
Prior experience supporting proposal preparation is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Collaborative, self‑motivated team player with the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
LOCATION Hybrid position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
