Kestra Holdings is seeking a detail‑oriented Lead Generation Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is an entry‑level to early‑career role focused on coordinating and supporting lead generation campaigns across five Kestra‑affiliated businesses. The role partners closely with internal marketing, sales, and RevOps teams, as well as an external technical partner, to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with business priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You enjoy keeping campaigns on track, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and supporting the execution of outbound and nurture programs that drive lead flow and advisor engagement.
What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Support the execution of lead generation campaigns across five Kestra‑affiliated businesses.
Assist with end‑to‑end lead gen initiatives, including prospecting, nurture, re‑engagement, and appointment‑setting campaigns.
Help translate marketing briefs into coordinated email and sales engagement campaign plans.
Coordinate multi‑touch email and sales engagement campaigns for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sales engagement tools in partnership with a technical vendor.
Support campaign setup activities including sequencing, messaging coordination, QA, and launch readiness.
Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure outreach campaigns align with business development priorities.
Coordinate audience requests, suppression requirements, send schedules, and post‑send reporting.
Track campaign timelines and ensure consistency and quality across campaigns for multiple business units.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external partners to support smooth campaign execution and lead handoff.
Help maintain alignment between CRM data, SFMC audiences, and sales engagement workflows.
Serve as a central coordination point for campaigns, providing status updates and keeping stakeholders informed.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Assist in monitoring campaign performance across email and sales engagement channels, including delivery, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Compile performance summaries and support insight‑sharing with senior team members.
Support A/B testing efforts related to messaging, timing, cadence, and targeting.
Data Quality & Compliance
Assist in monitoring campaign performance across email and sales engagement channels, including delivery, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Compile performance summaries and support insight‑sharing with senior team members.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year accredited college or university required.
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
1‑2 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment.
Hands‑on experience executing email campaigns.
Experience working with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Gong Engage or similar).
Strong understanding of lead funnels, nurture strategies, and sales handoff processes.
Comfortable partnering with technical resources without owning backend architecture.
Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple businesses simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, execution‑focused approach.
Internal Application Policy
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
