BUSINESS CENTRAL CONSULTANT (FINANCE)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong focus on Finance . In this temporary role, you will support our team in analyzing, designing, and implementing finance-related processes within Business Central. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and contribute to a smooth transition into operations.
Lead and support Finance process design and configuration in Business Central.
Conduct Fit/Gap analyses , translate business needs into functional designs.
Manage testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support Cutover and GoLive activities.
Coordinate data migration (master data, opening balances, transactional data).
Deliver stakeholder workshops and key user training.
Create functional documentation and ensure handover to internal teams.
Qualifications
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Minimum 4 years of experience with Business Central (or NAV). Strong Finance domain knowledge and experience in implementation projects. Proven expertise in BC configuration, functional design, and testing. Experience with data migration and integrations. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment. Very good communication in English, Polish and German. Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice. Nice to Have Experience with multi-entity or international finance scenarios. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). Basic understanding of AL development for developer coordination. About Cluster Reply
