Description Big Happy is looking for a high-energy Sales Strategist to introduce our proprietary ad platform to the world’s most cutting-edge brands and media agencies. The Sales Strategist will manage all aspects of the pre‑sales process, ensuring the sales team is well‑equipped to go to market and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

Act as a key support and strategic partner to Sales across all pre‑sale activities.

Lead the client RFP process with sales representatives to understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored proposals showcasing Big Happy's capabilities.

Strategize with the sales team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and media plans highlighting our ad platform's unique value.

Serve as the main point of contact for pre‑sale activities, ensuring smooth communication between sales, clients, and internal teams.

Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm and develop custom creative concepts (e.g., Sunrises, AR, 3D) aligning with client objectives.

Ensure a smooth transition to post‑sale teams by effectively communicating all campaign information and details.

Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail in all proposal documentation and communication.

Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, providing support to the sales team and addressing any sales inquiries.

Identify opportunities for enhancing Big Happy's sales offerings and collaborate on developing potential solutions.

Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pre‑sale process.

What We’re Looking For

2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a pre‑sale, sales planning, or similar role.

Understanding of the digital media landscape and agency/brand client/publisher relationships preferred.

Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel, with the ability to tell stories visually.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all proposal documentation and communications are clear and accurate.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively address questions and provide clear explanations during client calls.

Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to develop innovative and tailored proposals that meet client objectives.

Desire to grow, establish, and refine process to drive efficiency across the organization.

Ability to work in a friendly and respectful manner at all times, to all Big Happy employees, partners, and clients.
