Job Information Drcom Group is looking for an Art Director (ADR) to join our Creators department. The ideal candidate is a highly talented creative person with solid experience in art direction and communication campaign excellence focused on digital platforms. You will join a creative team of designers and life science copywriters to create outstanding healthcare digital communication material for healthcare professionals and patients on a regional or global scale. The role emphasizes quality control, team collaboration, and directing art creation aligned with client/business priorities and creative objectives.

Role Overview Position: Art Director
Industry: marketing services, advertising agency, digital healthcare

Role & Impact – How you will make a difference
Conceptualize and develop key visuals, develop campaigns including but not limited to brand visual identity, localize global materials, propose innovative creative executions with use of emerging technologies
Have strategic thinking that can crack the briefs in creative, compelling, effective ways.
Produce and supervise outstanding art creation and design processes that will enhance medical communication.
See projects from start to finish – from understanding client requirements/brief, preparing presentations to applying revisions
Develop art direction for the best-in-class communication campaigns for a wild variety of projects including print materials, healthcare communication materials, digital platform development, mobile app, and VR.
Able to present and explain ideas to the internal team, especially the Creative Manager or Creative Director.
Train and guide designers to develop design ideas and partner with a network of external content specialists to develop dynamic content.
Find and nurture great relationships with freelancers and collaborate with them on a variety of projects.
Bring a solid understanding of current digital technologies and design trends. Solid knowledge of creative production, art direction, graphic design and typography.
Coordinate creative activities and advise clients about the best direction to take.
Must-have requirements:
Have
1 year of experience as Art Director
in
advertising agency/ media agency or inhouse agency
Must have high proficiency in Graphic Design and use of creator programs like the Adobe Suite – use of Photoshop, Illustrator or similar platforms (proficiency in Figma is a plus)
Must have AI knowledge or willing to learn and use extensively.
Solid understanding of digital platform creation and digital storytelling.
Solid understanding of UI/UX and Interactive Design.
Must be willing and eager to
COLLABORATE
with multi-cultural team and interdisciplinary departments.
Must speak English fluently (reading and writing) . You will work with people from all around the world.
Preferred – Nice to have:
Ability to work with and supervise a team of creative freelancers, junior designers and willing to share knowledge with others.
Experience working with pharmaceutical brands is optional.
