Description In this position, you will be a central point of contact for customers, supporting both sales activity and service excellence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive phone and email communication Respond to RFQs with accurate and competitive pricing and delivery details Convert quotes into orders and enter them into the ERP system with precision Review customer purchase orders and specifications for accuracy Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain updated customer information in CRM and ERP systems Partner with internal teams (operations, purchasing, quality, etc.) to resolve issues Participate in special projects and occasional customer visits Profile The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales aptitude, customer service excellence, and operational accuracy. 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong phone and written communication skills Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Confident speaking with customers over the phone Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) CRM and ERP experience preferred Experience in a distribution or technical product environment is a plus Familiarity with electronic or microelectronic components is helpful (but not required) Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Job Offer $75-95,000 per year (based on experience) 401(k) plan Health Insurance & Health Savings Account Paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
