Responsibilities MV Transportation is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
who will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including reconciling drivers’ manifests and accurate entry of data in Trapeze software, taking reservations, providing information, assisting with the application process, preparing eligibility letters, preparing pre‑paid tickets, assisting the Accounting Manager, and other assigned duties. The candidate must have basic Excel skills, excellent ten‑key skills, be attentive to detail, be professional, provide superior customer service, be able to work in a team environment in a fast‑paced office, and possess good communication skills.
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and excellent ten‑key skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi‑task and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Customer service experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Excellent attendance.
Transit experience a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Compensation Starting pay rate: $20.45/hour
