The
Senior Paid Social Specialist
is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role oversees campaign strategy, performance monitoring, and data analysis across major social media platforms.
The Senior Paid Social Specialist collaborates closely with marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across major platforms Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve performance targets Monitor campaign performance metrics including impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI Conduct audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend Perform A/B testing on ad creative, messaging, and targeting strategies Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals Analyze campaign data and produce detailed performance reports Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and growth Stay informed on evolving social media advertising trends and platform updates Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 4-7 years of experience
in paid social media marketing or digital advertising Proven experience managing paid campaigns on major social media platforms Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Experience managing advertising budgets and performance optimization Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies Experience managing high-budget or enterprise-level campaigns Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models Experience with marketing data visualization tools Compensation
Annual Salary Range:
$85,000 - $115,000 USD , depending on experience, expertise, and campaign management scope Performance-based bonuses may be available Benefits
