Position Member Service Representative Lead (Full-Time) Location:

West Salem Office | 40 hours per week

About the Role As the Member Service Representative Lead, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our West Salem branch. You'll lead by example, support your teammates, and help ensure our members receive exceptional service at every interaction.

In this role, you will:

Support and mentor Member Service Representatives through coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training

Act as a trusted resource for resolving complex or escalated member needs with professionalism and care

Assist members with opening accounts, processing transactions, and identifying products and services that best meet their financial goals

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that reflects our values and commitment to service

What You Bring We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about helping others and enjoys working in a collaborative setting. Ideal candidates will have:

Experience in a financial services, customer service, or sales-focused environment

A strong service mindset with the ability to build relationships and identify member needs

The confidence to support and guide others, whether through formal leadership experience or informal team support

A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
