Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Solution Architect
to lead end-to-end solution design across Owner Lifecycle products, including
GOLS (Owner CRM), OLM , and related enterprise systems. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures while establishing delivery standards and architectural guardrails. The ideal candidate is a confident architectural leader who can partner closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams, challenge assumptions when necessary, and ensure solutions align with enterprise integration and data governance standards.

Team & Technical Environment You will join a team of Salesforce developers supporting
three active delivery teams . The work is already in progress, requiring a candidate who can ramp up quickly and provide immediate architectural value. The enterprise technology ecosystem includes:
Salesforce (multi-cloud, multi-org environment) MuleSoft Kafka / event-driven architecture Data360 Exposure to
Salesforce AI capabilities
(Agentforce experience is a plus)
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead
Salesforce solution architecture
across Owner Lifecycle initiatives Translate business outcomes into scalable, well-governed Salesforce solutions Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails Serve as an embedded architectural partner to delivery teams by:
Participating in SCRUM ceremonies, refinement sessions, and planning discussions Challenging scope, estimates, timelines, and cost assumptions when appropriate
Provide architectural leadership and direction (advisory-focused, not hands-on development)
Any hands-on contribution would be limited to
proof-of-concept (POC)
work
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed Confidently guide architectural decisions and push back when product or delivery teams attempt to overstep architectural boundaries Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems using
MuleSoft APIs, Kafka, and event-driven patterns
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall application development experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments Proven experience designing and implementing
complex Salesforce solutions Multi-cloud Salesforce experience
Sales Cloud required Marketing Cloud exposure preferred
Experience working in
multi-org environments
and/or Salesforce consolidation initiatives Strong understanding of:
MuleSoft integrations Event-driven architectures
(Kafka preferred)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to technical and executive stakeholders Ability to ramp quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced, active delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background as a
Salesforce Developer
(5-7 years) prior to moving into architecture Experience with:
Salesforce AI / Agentforce Data360 Tableau
or CRM analytics tools
Salesforce certifications beyond core requirements
Certifications (Highly Valued)
1-2 architect-level Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, including:
Salesforce
Application Architect Salesforce
System Architect
