Position Customer Service Rep

Compensation $20 - $21/hour depending on experience + monthly bonus incentives

Location Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Customer Service Rep

to join their team! Join a dynamic environment where you will be the voice of the company, handling service requests and resolving customer concerns. This role offers stability and growth, with monthly bonus incentives based on performance. The position is fully onsite and provides an opportunity to work with a team that values integrity, accountability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Resolve customer disputes and service issues

Interview customers and input accurate information

Handle calls for installations and service changes

Complete contract forms and process address changes

Issue discontinuance orders and maintain records

Promote goodwill with customers and teams

Solicit sales of new or additional services

Maintain professionalism in a high call‑volume environment

Required Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of phone‑based customer service experience

Proficiency in English language

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

Strong typing and 10‑key skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a structured call environment

Knowledge of customer service best practices
